Farmers Branch, Tex., Immigration Ordinance Overturned
On Thursday, a federal judge overturned a Dallas suburb’s anti-illegal immigration ordinance (Word doc), ruling that Farmers Branch, Tex., could not require landlords to verify tenants’ immigration status.
