Voters make eleventh hour decisions in Los Angeles

Barack Obama’s campaign didn’t open the doors to its Super Tuesday celebration at the Avalon until 8:30 p.m. to make sure volunteers were still out working the polls, and maybe with good reason.

Both Democrats and Republicans leaving polling places on the east side of Los Angeles on Tuesday say they chose a candidate not long before casting their ballot — sometimes, that very afternoon.
